　　CUI Yi Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University

　　崔毅，上海交通大學(xué)機(jī)械與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，中國內(nèi)燃機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)與智能制造分會(huì)副主任委員。重點(diǎn)圍繞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部件界面接觸引起的摩擦、磨損、振動(dòng)和疲勞問題，開展應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。獲國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，省部級科技一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)，二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。

　　CUI Yi is a Professor and PhD supervisor in School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Vice Director of the Design and Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines. His work focuses on applied and fundamental research related to friction, wear, vibration, and fatigue issues caused by interface contact of engine components. He has won one Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, two First Prizes and one Second Prize of the Provincial/Ministerial Science and Technology Awards.

　　Tribological Design and Its Challenges in Modern Internal Combustion Engines

　　報(bào)告摘要

　　摩擦學(xué)仿真設(shè)計(jì)對內(nèi)燃動(dòng)力的可靠性、振動(dòng)噪聲和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性有至關(guān)重要的影響，是現(xiàn)代內(nèi)燃機(jī)向綠色、智能與高可靠性方向發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵手段之一。本報(bào)告根據(jù)內(nèi)燃動(dòng)力的發(fā)展需求，介紹了活塞-環(huán)-缸套、滑動(dòng)軸承等關(guān)鍵摩擦副的三維熱振摩多物理場耦合仿真技術(shù)、基于損傷模型的可靠性分析方法，展示了這些方法在不同類型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上的應(yīng)用。進(jìn)一步討論了摩擦學(xué)仿真設(shè)計(jì)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與解決方案。

　　Tribological simulation and design has a crucial impact on the reliability, NVH, and fuel efficiency of internal combustion engines. It is one of the key measures for the development of modern internal combustion engines towards being green, intelligent, and highly reliable. This report, based on the development needs of internal combustion engines, introduces the three-dimensional thermo-vibro-tribo multi-physics field coupled simulation technology of key friction pairs such as piston-ring-cylinder liner and journal bearings, and the reliability analysis method based on damage models. It demonstrates the application of these methods in different types of engines. The challenges and solutions faced by tribological simulation and design are also discussed.
