　　Technical Service Advisor

　　薪資范圍：面議

　　基本要求

　　招聘人數(shù)：1人

　　到崗時間：1個月之內

　　性別要求：不限性別

　　語言要求：英語

　　學歷要求：本科學歷以上

　　經驗要求：三年以上化工或機械、潤滑油行業(yè)經驗，有相關經驗者優(yōu)先

　　工作地點：太原 鄭州 蘭州 西安

　　Technical Support:

　　1.Recommend general IO products to poten tial IO customers

　　2.Demonstrate the basic information of products to introduce TOTAL products and service

　　3.Prepare technical documents upon customer’s basic requirement

　　4.Maintain technical and product application database to ensure technical support efficiency.

　　5.Provide training Ｏn general IO products to customers

　　6.Guide the customers to fill IO products into normal equipment correctly, and ensure a successful operation

　　7.Regular customer visits per company requirements to provide technical support or handle their technical problems

　　8.Solve common technical problem for general IO products

　　9.Provide sample test service upon customer’s needs

　　10.Provide customer basic technical training base Ｏn customer requirement

　　11.Regularly follow product application and feedback product application information to technical team

　　12.Support to launch and popularize new products, support for the new application of products;

　　13.Collect and feedback marketing and technical information to technical team

　　14.Regularly collect technical issues and feedback to technical team

　　15.Cross function technical support IO business in different region

　　16.Complete other jobs or projects assigned by line management

　　Qualifications:

　　?Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical industry

　　?At least 3 years work experience in chemicals or mechanical, lubricant industry experience will be a plus

　　?Good service attitude

　　?Adaptable to frequent business travels

　　?Good communication and expression skills

　　?Team work player, can work independently

　　?Workable English, certain Word/Excel/PPT skills

　　?Desire to lean and develop skill and knowledge base

　　?Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel (more than 50% travel is required)
